Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your disc. However, if disc has been damaged or is not the intended item you ordered, you may return it for refund, partial refund, store credit, or an exchange.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days after receiving the disc/discs. All returned discs must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return a disc, please email support@discgolfdyes.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the disc securely in its original box or envelope with “DO NOT BEND” clearly printed on front and back, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If you feel you are not responsible for return shipping, please mention this in the initial RMA request.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the disc, we will process your return, exchange, or store credit. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your RMA request.
